Welcome to Feather Pointe Association, Inc., (FPA), the designated recreational center serving the following three associations: Crystal Bay (232 units); Feather Pointe 1 (48 units); and Chateau Bayonne (40 units); a total of 320 units. Our recreational center is located in Feather Sound - Clearwater, Florida; a residential community developed in the late 1970s and early 1980s. This small geographical area is known for its diverse mix of single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, gated communities; a country club and golf course, offering easy access to the Clearwater-St. Petersburg and Tampa International Airports. Feather Pointe Association's recreational Center is geographically located in the middle of the Feather Sound area, enjoying the many benefits of theTampa Bay waters and ponds serving as homes to a thriving bird sanctuary; walking and biking trails. 

On-Site Recreational Center Amenities

The clubhouse was built in 1983 consisting of a 5,833 sq ft clubhouse inclusive of a kitchen, dining area and community area; office, exercise gym room, ping pong and pool table rooms; women's and men's restrooms with showers and saunas. The outside of the clubhouse includes a 1,930 sq ft canopy, four outside grills; 42,000 gallon year round pool and 1,200 gallon spa.
